Pina Colada Soft Serve

If you like PINA COLADAS and getting caught in the rain… now that will be in your head all day 🙂 sorry not sorry… cause you need to make this super easy recipe!

So I was super duperrrrr lucky to have this lovely little super simple soft serve for breakfast every single day last week. For the past six months I have been doing just fruit in the morning until noon, every day (except when I literally have no other choice, aka cheat day). I just switched away from that this week to try something new because it was hard to sustain my carbs for the day with so much going on in the morning. These are all the things my girl Katie told me, because I literally need to learn more about macros and just can make these decisions for myself apparently.

That all being said, I had this 7 days straight for breakfast and was in heavy erry single day yo. So you should too.. or for dessert or for a snack or just because, any time ever.

This is what you need to do…

Cash Creations: Pina Colada Soft Serve

Prep Time: 15 mins
Freezer: 3 hours/Overnight 

NEED: Food Processor or a Good Blender
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Pineapple Chunks 
  • 1 large frozen Banana
  • Coconut Whipped Cream*
  • Maraschino Cherry

Here’s how you do it…

  1. Grab your food processor and toss in the frozen pineapple chunks and banana
  2. Turn on the food processor and blend until it is completely smooth. Scrape down the sides, as needed.
  3. When it is almost complete, add in a tablespoon of coconut whip and mix again.

**If you want a very soft pina colada, then you can serve it immediately (which is hard not to do because…yum). If you want it to be a harder consistency, place in the freezer for a few hours or overnight.

TOP IT OFF

Top off your Pina Colada with coconut whip, a maraschino cherry and a pineapple chunk.

*Coconut Whip – for quick coconut whip you can buy grey lea coconut whip in a can, or you can buy coconut milk, toss it in the fridge overnight and scoop off the think cream at the top. Whip it up with a hand mixer and plop on top of your pina colada.. just make sure you add that coconut whip cause what’s a pina colada without coconuts!!!!
